Notice periods

• Car rentals: Cancel at least 24 hours before pickup for a full refund of prepaid rental charges (excluding non-refundable add-ons stated at booking).
• Dhow cruises: Cancel at least 48 hours before departure for a full refund.
• Desert safaris: Cancel at least 48 hours before departure for a full refund.

Weather-related cancellations

If we cancel due to weather or operational safety, you receive a full refund or a free reschedule.
