4. Departure

Policy on Cancellation

• You can get a full refund if you cancel up to 24 hours before the experience.
• You must cancel at least 24 hours before the activity’s start time to receive a complete refund.
• Any changes made less than 24 hours before the start of the experience will be rejected. Cut-off times depend on the local time of the experience.
• If you cancel less than 24 hours before the commencement of the activity, you will not receive a refund.
