Ski Dubai snow plus pass timings are 10 am to 11 pm from Monday – Sunday

The penguin encounter is for 40 minutes and is available every half an hour from 12:00 pm-9:00 pm

Child Policy

For safety reasons, children between 0-2 years are not allowed to enter Ski Dubai.
Children aged 3 years and above are allowed to enter Ski Dubai with parents or adults.
Children under 13 years of age must wear helmets at all times and must be supervised by an adult aged 16 years or above.
A minimum height of 1.0 meters is required for children to ride the Giant Ball.
A minimum height of 1.2 meters is required for children to ride the Mountain Thriller.
For the Snow Bullet Ride, children aged 8 years old and above or those with a minimum height of 1.20 m are allowed. Children must be accompanied by adults. The minimum weight required for this ride is 30 kg, and the maximum weight is 120 kg.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund available if canceled at least 24 hours before experience start time.
To receive a full refund, cancellation must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
If canceled less than 24 hours before the start time, payment will not be refunded.
Changes made less than 24 hours before start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the local time of the experience.

Restrictions

The Snow Dubai Pass does not provide access to the skiing areas.
Some rides such as Mountain Thriller and Snow Bullet Ride are not recommended for senior citizens, pregnant women, or individuals with back, and neck problems, and medical conditions.
Guests are not permitted to carry their mobile phones or use a camera inside the penguin encounters.

Unforgettable Skiing Experience

I just got the opportunity to go on the Ski Dubai Plus experience with Mala ae, and it was one of the most exciting things I’ve ever done in my life. Slopes were expertly groomed, and the snow was of the highest quality, making for an unforgettable skiing experience. The staff of the Mala Yacht made us feel welcome and took care of all our needs, making our trip one we will never forget.
