Meals and soft drinks are included in our safaris, half-day sightseeing tours do not include any meals. Refer to the description for details. You must know that our vehicles are long-wheelbase Land Cruisers fitted with safety belts and air-conditioning. These are licensed to carry up to six passengers. By law, passengers have to wear seat belts while the vehicle is in motion.
Our vehicles are significantly equipped with telephones in order to provide a constant link with other vehicles in the party and the safari base. Our safaris also include off-road driving through rugged country that adds to the excitement. Because of the adventurous nature of the journeys, passengers are not allowed to participate if their health may be adversely affected. For this reason, we are unable to accept pregnant mothers, passengers with back conditions as well as passengers aged under 5 and over 65 years of age.

Mala Tours is not responsible for any problem if you don't read your confirmation voucher carefully. However, in case if you have not received the voucher, notify Mala Tours at least 72 hours before the service date.
Full cancellation of services confirmed by us should followed by a confirmation of cancellation from us. Mala Tours will not be responsible for any cancellation not received as well as not confirmed back to you and debit the relative cancellation or no-show charges. If amendments result in a refund, a handling fee will be charged equivalent to 5%, whichever is the greater amount, notified otherwise by email.
Extension of Stay: For the extensions of the stay at the hotel booked by Mala Tours, you have to contact our reservation staff as they will be glad to assist you. In case the extension is done with the hotel instead of Mala Tours, we are not responsible for rates or payments.
Early Check Outs: In case of shortening of the stay in the hotel booked by Mala Tours, the hotel policy will apply. In case of early check out Mala Tours and the hotel should notify before check out. A handling fee is charged on the amount to be refunded equivalent to 5%.
No Show Policy: In case of a no show on the date of check in at the hotel booked by Mala Tours, 100% booking charges are applicable.
These are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, Public or National Holidays, New Year's, Trade Fairs, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter.
