•         Please ensure that you bring a valid physical or digital copy of your ID with you to present at the entrance of the attraction.
•         Before your visit, it is recommended to check the weather forecast to ensure that your views won’t be obstructed.
•         Large pieces of luggage are not allowed inside, but you can check them in at the Secure Baggage Area located at the entrance on the ground floor. Handbags, cameras, and other small accessories are permitted inside.
•         Please note that outside food and beverages are not permitted at the Burj Khalifa.
•         For safety reasons, children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult at all times while inside the attraction.

You can wear anything that suits you and is comfortable. But remember not to wear any type of revealing clothes or offensive ones.

The closest metro station is Dubai Mall/Burj Khalifa, which is an 8-minute walk from the mall. You can take the MRed line to get there.

•       Bus

The nearest bus stop is Dubai Mall Metro Bus Stop Landside 1, which is 9 minutes away from the mall. Buses #30, D03, D03A, and F13 can take you there.
