• Pick up & drop off (Sharing Basis) from any Hotel/ Residence/ Location within Dubai city private vehicle within Dubai can be booked for an extra cost of AED 400
  Pick-up from other Emirates, Bab Al Shams, Jebel Ali will be charged extra depending on the location
• 40 – 60 minutes hot air ballooning ride depending on weather conditions

• Mandatory documents required for booking:

Passport Copy/ EID/ Any Governmental ID
(Without any valid ID passengers are not allowed to fly)

• Passenger Details Required:

Name, Age, Weight, Hotel Name, Location, Contact No, Room No, Email address

Also, provide Tour Operator emergency contact number

• Online Payment: The reservation team will send an online payment link and once the
  payment has been completed the client will receive an auto-generated confirmation email
  (Credit / Debit card can be used for the transaction)
• Cash Payments: The booking will be on hold once the reservation team receives an email
  from the agent and the official booking confirmation will be sent through email once the
  payment received along with the deposit slip/proof of payment
• Credit Payments: Credit payments have to be processed within 5 days of receiving the statement also a guarantee cheque of AED 10000 is to be provided without a date (will be returned by the end of the season – 31 May 2023)

• The approximate flight take-off timing is between 05.30 – 06.30 AM (UAE local time)
  The timing can be changed depending on the weather conditions & sunrise timings
• Cancellation before 72 hours – 100% refund (No charge)
• Cancellation before 48 hours – 50% refund (25% charge)
• Cancellation less than 48 hours – No Show & Non-Refundable (100% charge)
•  Cancellation due to technical snag/weather / ATC Permission
  Either reschedule or refund the full amount within 08 – 10 working days
